There’s no arch support in the Forzas, just more lateral stability. Custom fitting front and back via tension straps.

The Forza Trainer is incredibly comfortable and has a very secure feel. You’ll want this, fair warning!

I’m not a gym rat type and would be wise to add more “strength training”. Mostly I run, and do lots of projects. If I’m working on the house, yard etc., I try to do it mindfully so it’s “conditioning”. Doing dishes barefoot by hand is one of the ways I prepare mind and body for 100 milers with focus on injury free results. 100 milers are 23-38 hour full body massages! It’s true.

For men, the Forza Trainer comes in all black, as shown, DUH. And white with blue/yellow, or red/grey trim for the guys. Ladies have an attractive two tone plum color option.

Of course, running in the Forza Trainer was part of my wear testing. You can do about anything in them and forget they are on your legs. Super sock-like feel inside, breathable and light enough. The lateral support and custom lacing with Velcro strap adds a tiny bit of weight. Very minimalist with a sturdy outsole. Of course, running indoor on polished concrete, I get more of that pitter patter sound, as I would with the Xero kit sandals. That rubber is less soft than the HFS, Zelen, and Forza Runner.

The Xero Forza Trainer IMO runs true to size. Mine are men’s 12 and with the bootie style upper mesh with no tongue, I get in and out of them with ease.
